Less likely, not unlikely. Of course if a dog is raised incorrectly and always on edge itll act out more. The problem is a Pits nature is violent. So even if it was raised properly and loved, that wont mean it wont immediately lash out at an unknown dog or person if it gets startled. They were literally bred for fighting. Their instincts are to attack, not avoid.

Wrong, on multiple fronts. First, from jump this dog is an Am. Bully, not a Pit Bull. There is no such thing as inate, violent nature in domesticated dogs. Pit Bulls and other bull and terrier breeds score higher on thr American Temperament Tests than a lot of other popular breeds. It's mainly due to the pit fighting dog's history (APBTs, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, etc) for safety reasons as the reason for them generally being people friendly. This does not translate to friendliness towards other dogs or animals, most Terriers, especially dogs with Bull and Terrier ancestry will have some level of animal and/or dog aggression.
