Topic	Jobs that ban relationships with co-workers

On one hand, avoiding relationships with coworkers is generally a really good idea, since that can lead to all sorts of messy situations (conflicts of interest, difficulties working together if they break up, etc.). On the other, I don't think it's the employer's place to presume that nobody will be mature enough to handle it and to ban it outright because of that. I think the employer should enact policies that prevent conflicts of interest from arising (no managing your partner/ex, basically), but I don't think forbidding them outright is reasonable. --- This is my signature.
