I want to have my hair be clean and free of germs that might be in my pillow, so I wash it in the morning
After coming home from work and/or grocery store I want to take a shower to decontaminate so I briefly wash my hair again to get rid of 'outside' germs
Often I just forget to wash my hair though so that reduces the amount I'm damaging my hair but if I remember to shampoo I do it twice a day for the 4 days I work ever since the pandemic started...surely bad but I try to keep it quick and started to use colder water so as not to damage my hair too much. I should just rinse with cold(er) water more often and not care about germs. I'm just being too OCD.
