I would focus on one point at a time and try not to let the entire list overwhelm me. Just block out the list and go point-by-point. Could help to rewrite the list in a way that's more manageable to you. Prioritize it in an order that makes sense to you, either by grouping easier tasks at the top that you feel you can complete quickly, or group the things you feel will score bigger points with the review board at the top.
