I'd say those trying to board and blocking someone trying to exit are in the wrong. Stands in front of the subway door when people are trying to exit This is the opposite of the first one. Stands in the middle of the escalator It's an escalator. Why does it matter where on the step someone stands? Uses self-checkout but is horrendously slow and needs help from employee anyway I blame the store for not having any registers open. --- No locked doors, no windows barred.
