People of all genders, races, etc go missing every year. But it is true that most of the time, it is usually caucasian female that will get more news coverage like this compared to females of other races... I use to watch the news every morning at work for years, and it is true... I don't think I've seen coverage of many people of color, if any, or to this extent.
