All I'm gonna say is that people said the same shit about Titans before it premiered, and the first season was actually pretty good. "they're wearing plastic bags, it's really bad cosplay!" - man that show was good when it came out. Can't speak for anything beyond the first season, but that first season was incredibly watchable.

I don't have faith in Netflix, but I do think John Cho looks good as Spike. It's almost certainly not gonna be as good as the original, whether it was a Netflix production or not. Some things should just be left alone and appreciated on its own merits, and I feel like Cowboy Bebop is one of those things.

But the OP of this thread comes across as either a really dumb take, or really petty bait. I honestly hope the show is good just to spite you.
