Topic	It bothers me so much during Covid that people in the UK still don't tip.

Most people will tip if they think they've received good service. If you're surrounded by people who don't tip, maybe you should ask them why instead of coming here and moaning about it? To that single mother working there it's the difference between whether or not the radiator is on tonight. Unless you're filthy rich, literally no-one is giving out 10 as a tip.
