Disagree I prefer 'being a position that they need you' They can't fire me without being absolutely fucked for the rest of the school year and possibly for the school year of 22/23 Even if they did manage to replace me school IT is fucking chaotic and you need to be incredibly flexible and also good at consoling students who are having panic fits ~~there's also a very good reason I insist on not having them hire someone to assist me.
