Topic	I have Sonic the Hedgehog 06 (PS3) coming in the mail

Sonic Genesis was a terrible port but it was also just a budget release on an aging system, not something that was very high priority for Sonic Team. Sonic 06 was hyped up as the big new next gen flagship entry in the series... and it turned out the way it did. It clearly did more damage to the franchise's reputation. I don't really count bad ports as a true release, we also have no idea how hard it was to make the game run like it did on Genesis on the GBA. Maybe it was an impossible task that Sega just had them try to get as accurate as possible.
