I'm pretty professional at painting now and charge a flat rate 25 an hour. Customer provides paint I provide the labor and all equipment. I can do a good job quickly so it usually ends up being way cheaper than a big company. Do the math; calculate how many man-hours it involved and multiply it by 20-25 an hour; that's usually the cheapest you'll find a good paint job. Probably closer to 25 now given the coming inflation. I could have likely done it cheaper but you didn't get totally taken unless all they did was 900 sq ft of wall with a roller and no brush work. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
