What I mean is that both bosses want to give me the job. The issue comes from people who are at the same level as me, maybe a little higher, and have been their longer. So far none of them has shown interest in the job, I'm the only one that's put in for it. But these people have kids, and need the money more than I do. So if one of them wants the job, I'll let them have it. But they're not reliable, so I'm sure if one does put in for it, they're not going to get it, and then they're going to be upset with me for getting the promotion so quickly compared to them. --- ...
