Topic	How come I have never met someone who is 'alpha' and successful?

Seems like whenever I meet people who always talk about how "alpha" they are trying to be and how they have an "alpha mindset" they are never successful? I thought they were alpha? I thought they were top dog? I thought they take cold showers?
