I experienced a gamut of unwelcome side effects, including but not limited to: Chills Hot flushes Insomnia due to said chills and hot flushes Fever Muscle aches Nausea Loose and watery stools Fatigue However, my attitude towards that motley assortment of temporary ailments was and remains that unpleasant as the experience was, it was infinitely preferable to contracting the virus, being hospitalised and/or popping my clogs.
