Topic	So does the Taliban takeover mean that the U.S. technically lost another war?

We discussed this a few weeks back on CE too.... how the citizens there behave with the Taliban to a considerable degree. Theyve taken over. What would a full-scale US occupation of Afghanistan look like now? At this point, given what the Taliban is.... I think the UN needs to intervene & reach a decision quick.
