She would put on this over the top phony friendly voice (literally do the drawn out "hiiiiiiiiiiiiii" thing and such), and she was super handsy, like assuming that people would be okay with her grabbing and hugging what were basically complete strangers... and of course she was talking shit about everyone else TO everyone else (which, I mean... did she think we wouldn't tell each other what she was doing?). After she made one of our teenage employees cry, no one would tolerate her bullshit anymore. She was in, like... her 40's, maybe?
