If you are very committed, you want to look for an 88-key keyboard with weighted keys. That is the closest to a piano youll get. Yamaha makes some pretty good ones that also have a decent array of sound choices.

if youre just trialing it to see if you like it, just go with a cheapish one that is easy enough to play. You dont necessarily need all 88 keys to learn and see if you enjoy it because its just repetitions of the same 12 keys. A 61 key would be just fine for that
