I think our evaluation and advancement system is extremely fair. From a physical readiness perspective it is probably the easiest. Only three events - cardio, planks and push-ups. And in a lot of cases the cardio is what you want it to be, depending on what the command can support. That includes running on a track, running on a treadmill, running on a path, riding a stationary bike, rowing machine or even swimming.
