Hung out with a tag team for the next seven years with success. Then he won the briefcase. Then he fought Apollo Crews for months, exclusively. Then he was on the pre-show at the second biggest PPV of the year in a nothing match. Then he cashed in on an injured and tired Lashley to beat him for the title, on a whim when ratings needed popped. I dunno what you call this aside from forcing him into a spot arbitrarily?
