Then widen your stance, keeping yourself low. Your hands loosen up as you wiggle your fingers. Chi gathers on your limbs. King Airagorn tilts his head. Lotsa openings you got there. Have you given up? You simply glare at him, keeping up your slow breaths. Hm. he says as his face gets more serious. He twirls his spear and points it to you, then boosts forward. Just as hes a foot away from you, he immediately jumps back and throws his spear into the air, waiting for you to throw a punch. Which you did not do. You remain unmoved. He shrugs. Alright, given up it is. He jumps up to kick the spear down-- You jet your arm out using Chi, grabbing him by the leg. You swing him overhead, bring his leg into the airborne spear and stabbing him with it. With a hefty grunt, you smash his body into the ground, jamming the spear even further through his thigh. He screams. In desperation, he tries to jet out, but the Chi on your arm cancels out the air on his leg. You lift him up and ready another swing. In more desperation, he uses his three other limbs to jet out. Eventually, he wiggles out, leaving only a boot in your hand. He slowly gets up, panting and pulling out the spear with a yelp, shooting out a fountain of blood. Lucky shot, scumbag, he says as he rips his robe to bandage the wound. You get in stance, ready for him once more. He stands up straight, wincing a bit from the pain, but keeping his focus on the fight. I aint falling for that again. He holds his hand out and gestures you to him. You adjust your hat. Suit yourself. You run forward, with one of your strides being a great stomp that breaks some ground into the air. You punch them toward him while advancing. He stumbles his way backwards while avoiding the flying rocks. As you advance, you leap forward with your arms together, then hammer-fist the ground around him, shaking up his footing. By instinct, he jets upward with his remaining boot, then brandishes his spear and throws it downwards-- A bullet-like pebble knocks the spear away. In the distance, Smore exhales. Did it hit? Lye, who was holding her arm and aimed the attack for her, nods. Fuck yeah it did. Smore smiles. Then I shall continue trusting you to be my eyes, she says, readying another spell. Taken aback, the King looks down and realizes hes plummeting towards your stretched out arms. Dramatic lighting change. Your face is replaced with a crude cartoonish smile. Hoohoohoo, come in for a hug dearie~ you say. Noooo~ the King, also with a crude cartoonish smile, says coyly-- Miss Lye. What are these voices you are making? Smore says frankly, breaking up the dramatic lighting and cartoonish faces that Lye was imagining. She pouts. Im bored, okay?! I wanna cast some magic too, damnit! Meanwhile, the King jets sideways to get away from you, but gets interrupted by another pebble knocking him out of the air and towards you. You snag him out of the air with both of your hands on his torso, then bring him in for a bear hug. Lyes imagination is quickly reborn. SUPLEX!! you yell, crashing him into the ground. The trees shake from the impact. Lyes imagination is quickly crushed. You get up and stare down at your former assailant. Are you going to be civil now? Hes too busy seeing stars. You sigh. Right, Ill give you a moment. The roar echoes out again. Followed by the ground rumbling and trees shaking. Smore runs over, with Lye behind. Sir Merlin-- Yeah, dont think it liked all the noise we were making, you say while looking up to the obscured sky. A crow passes by, frantically attempting to flee upwards, but cant seem to get any higher than a certain point. Like something was dragging it down.
