That would imply that the phone number associated with the account is known and that it matches Phil's old, also known, number. But if that was the case the evidence would already be known that the account was associated with his number. I don't get it. Defense was that someone else could have used his old number to make the account on 7/1/2018 [Not a real date], said that wasn't his number anymore, which is true. It's an old number. But someone got him to say that he didn't get the new phone until AFTER 7/1/2018, so when the account was made, it was still DSP's actual phone number before he got the new one, so the account would be his I think that's what they're saying --- ...
