If you started with Cyndaquil - use smoke screen to lower accuracy and she usually can't do rollout consecutively enough to destroy your team. If you started with Totodile - you should have learned rage by then which you can build up on the Clefairy and should be doing good damage by the time she throws the Miltank out. If you started with Chikorita, then you can use a leveled up Pidgey to use Sand attack plus it's resistant to rollout anyway. Or catch a Geodude to use rollout of it's own with high defense similar to the Rage strategy.
