Gets the job done, but there might be a minor delay that you will have to account for in OBS. Easily done though For the standalone, it goes HDMI from PS4 to Capture Card, then another HDMI from capture card to the TV. Then USB from Capture Card to PC. The OBS software is free, and you will run that from your computer to put your scene together.
