Vaccine passports are stupid, all they do is lull people into a false sense of security while letting the virus spread and mutate in the vaccinated population; recipe for disaster.

And you know that some idiot is going to start selling fake papers to the assholes that don't want the shot but want to show their tiny Charlie Kirk faces in public.

I met someone recently who moved from New York. They have an electronic system with a QR code that is used for verification. Obviously this isn't a perfect solution because not everyone will have a smartphone, but the idea being that the investment and potential risk of forging the document will lead people to vaccinate as the path of least resistance.
