Topic | Woman charged with murder for a death that happened 35 years later. |
gunplagirl 07/28/21 8:22:42 PM #22: | If she was already charged for stuff at the time, then this just seems absurd. If she wasn't charged on the other hand, then uh. I mean it's the law but definitely violates the spirit of a lot of things. Unless the injuries directly caused the death, I don't think this should result in murder charges. I mean for instance, if i break someone's ribs during sports practice, but everyone considered it a freak accident, and they die years later from some bone infection that they were susceptible to directly as a result of the broken ribs not healing properly? Charging me with manslaughter for that would be such a stretch. At least, I think the lesser comparison holds up to convey what I'm trying to get across? --- tfw no big tiddy goth vampire gf who lactates blood - viewmaster_pi ... Copied to Clipboard! |
