Topic	Was Negan appearing in tekken the most surprising 3rd party appearance in VGs?

Spawn was weird but like monster-demon people already exist in some capacity, combined with the fact that Link got all the press so nobody paid Spawn (or Heiachi) attention and he didn't quite register. KOS-MOS was a guest character in III but she existed exclusively as a create-a-soul and that game got like zero publicity so she also flew under the radar. The Star Wars characters were like the forefront of SCIV's marketing so they just stood out so much more.
