I've been trying since Stormblood, but its impossible to solo and noone was ever intersted in doing it. You have to love how Square uses the relic grind to get people to play old content like that. A lot of things would be impossible to do without a large group of people premade if not for relic quests. Also cleared PotD level 100 last night.
