When I first started in the middle of the Heavensward cycle, Cactuar was a mid-tier world in terms of population. It was kind of the reject cast-offs of the raid and RP servers with the main identity being meme shit. Over the past few expacs it gradually ballooned to being the third most active NA server, and that was BEFORE this surge started by asmo.
