| ROOTFayth 07/14/21 11:04:46 PM #2: | second flare up of my ulcerative colitis I guess, prednisone didnt help, I was bleeding out, was extremely weak and quite underweight after 3 months of being barely able to eat and having to run to the bathroom 20+ times a day, thankfully when I was hospitalized the IV steroids worked, got a blood transfusion, started a maintenance medication, gained most of the weight back after 2-3 months, switched to a whole food plant based diet and started hitting the gym, that all happened roughly 4-5 years ago, Im in pretty good shape now, feel healthy despite needing to inject myself with biologics every week. Id even say Im in better shape now at 35 than I was at 20 ... Copied to Clipboard! |
