Massive massive amounts of pollution comes from individuals driving cars & eating beef, which creates the demand for beef which creates the worst of the agricultural pollutants. Other types of meat like poultry don't have the issue beef has. If you just stopped both of those things (full EV penetration and zero beef diet) you'd see a dramatic improvement to climate. There's a reason why AOC's "cow extinction" became a meme. Beef was singled out in her climate memo because of how bad it is. But it's not corporations eating all that beef.
