Pfizer-Moderna here (as of yesterday afternoon), second dose has been much worse. First dose was just a sore arm for a couple days. This time, my arm is much more sore, I've been generally very fatigued, woke up today aching pretty much all over, and have cycled between feeling feverish and feeling nauseous all day. It's improving now, so I'm hoping I should be more or less alright tomorrow, but I've been out of commission for most of the day.

Based on what?

You've already asked that question and had it answered. Granted, that answer just covers the first dose efficacy of Pfizer/Moderna, but I think it's common enough knowledge that the second shot works even better that I don't need to spell that out for you.

honestly I don't put much faith in the vaccines over my natural immunity since I almost never get sick.

That's... not how anything about immunology works at all.
