Would you lose a significant amount of PTO switching?

IMO it's an important consideration if you currently have say, 4 weeks a year now and would drop down to 2 at a new job.
Nope Id get about the same time off, if not a bit more.

Does the new position allow you to WFH and/or does it require way longer hours?

Work life balance has become a major thing for me recently as I look for new jobs. I work in tech so most people agree with 40-45 hours per week max.
Both are WFH but my current role would allow me to go into the office when I want. The other office is in another state of which kind of sucks. I like getting out of the house from time to time. From people I know at the other company, work life balance is better too. Honestly its better in every way, I would just have to reset my career progression that Ive worked hard for.

I thought you left?
Or maybe I'm confused.

This is the job that fucked you over right and then you left to go on leave for the baby and your replacement was still unprepared since she wasn't experienced enough?

But then there was also I think you left A job and your old manager asked you to come back? Is that the same job as this or is this the job you had when your old manager offered you your old one back
Im on mat leave and still employed with them, but looking to jump ship but they dont know that. I did leave them before because of the shit they pulled with promos, then they convinced me to come back and that they would work with me on a plan. Then we merged with another company and they scrapped everything. Now the higher ups saw everyone left and they see they fucked things up with me. I know Id be a complete idiot to go back lol
