If they are cut off from that and exposed to the rays of a red star like Rao (Krypton's sun), those powers are either negated or severely curtailed. If I remember correctly Led also blocks the radiation from the sun they need for their powers, and they can drain their powers by using heat vision etc. So, in theory, you could shoot a ton of heat vision into space till you deplete your powers, then quickly get into a led room so they don't come back, get jiggy with it while mostly human, then head back out. --- Tacobot 3000 "Saving the world from not having tacos."
