Topic	Oh, so Hollow Knights map sucks.....

Checking your map means your dude is literally holding it up and looking at it, so you can't do it while jumping or swimming and it doesn't stop time. Updating your map requires you to find a bench because your dude needs to draw it. Placing markers requires you to have markers to place. It's just subtle little immersion things, I get why you wouldn't like them but to me it adds to the charm of the game. Things that are literally automatically done in every other game in the genre can be annoying. But yeah im really feeling the literal nameless main characters annoyance like im actually in the game myself!
