He outbid a notorious developer known for trailer parks. Paid 100 grand for it and just recently one acre of land in the area sold for 120 grand. He gets a lot of letters from developers and real estate people. My brother and I are firm in deciding to not sell if the land gets passed down to us. I get the sentimental part of it. Its something somebody worked real hard for so that you could have something better down the road. It was my grandpas dream to get a hold of that land and it is nice to walk through every now and then and just listen to the nature. Its all forest. Six million sounds pretty fair though. --- ...
