And now with the shitpost out of the way, they do things like this on purpose because they know they can not only get away with it but because it's profitable for them to figure out ways to put people back behind bars as not only does it raise public opinion of the cops and local government it also makes them look tough on crime and even justify it with comments like the one above. Criminal reformation is never going to happen in the US it's too ingrained in the system at this point just like special interest groups buying politicians and lobbyists. --- A worthless existence ...
