It's funny because if the Pope survives one assassination attempt then people will say he is blessed by God, well then what the fuck do you call Hitler surviving 42 assassination attempts?

Anyway if time travel is even possible, we have no idea how it works. Do you create a seperate branch like the MCU that is its own reality? Is it like Back to the Future where what happens in the past now effects the future so you can erase things? Is it like The Time Machine where if you go back in the past to change an event from your present it would mean you then have no reason to go back in time and thus nothing really changes at all?

We have no idea what, if anything, would actually happen. But if you could change anything you would literally be erasing billions from existence. No Hitler and WWII means no baby boomers and their children and their children's children. The population of the world now is around ten times what it was pre WWII. Not to mention the massive technological advancements that were a direct result of the war. There would be no computers or internet to debate this on.
