Remember to take some moments for yourself, focus on your breathing, deep breaths, (in through the nose, out through the mouth) try imagining yourself at your favourite spot, or a forest glen next to a stream.

Just take some time to let yourself feel as part of the whole. Ideally if you can take half an hour everyday, it will help immensely, but if you need to take a couple of minutes to yourself, do it.


I have to wait until Saturday possibly before I find out if I'm really going to be bad or not.
