Revelation34 05/05/21 12:47:26 AM #1:	Apparently my work insurance will cover therapy. So I'm going to when I can. What should I expect? I'm not sure what I would talk about but I think it's worth going. Jen's given me great advice in this field, but I also have a tendency to spin my wheels trying to choose the 'perfect option'. Plan on joining a gym and eating healthier. I have more energy in general now too. My anxiety only seems to start getting to me when I get really tired such as at the end of a day or after work. Talking is probably my biggest issue but I'm better in that regard right now. Basically my depression is under control for the most part but my anxiety still kicks in a little. I'm just doing better in general and want to try doing more things in general. Feel like taking up hiking or something. Probably haven't gone on a hike since I was like 16. I completely agree on finding a therapist you mesh with but I can't explain how I got there.
