Topic	Am I the only one who can't get into Demon Slayer?

With that being said, if you're not into it now you probably won't ever get into it. I'd say go watch Vinland Saga instead. Absolutely agree, not every anime needs to have a deep and complex story but maybe this just isn't for me.
