I actually recently started up a new modded run myself after beating it mostly vanilla last year. PS4. No mods or gift bags because I like getting trophies. Already did a run and beat the game. Now I'm mostly doing a second run as an undead to pick up the last few I missed (at this point, that's mostly just ~~swearing the Covenant and making a deal with the Doctor~~).
