Unless you're in the habit of just sitting around and occasionally remembering that it exists and giggling like a 12-year old every time. But yes, there are plenty of examples where what something means in one language is very different from what it means in another language, and it winds up sounding funny to European ears. Like how the official currency of Vietnam is the dong. Or how you can go into any Chinese restaurant and order the poo poo platter.
