Topic	Do you support the death penalty?

I don't think it's a good idea for someone who was only accused of one murder, because that opens up the possibility of wrongful convictions. If we reserved the death penalty for the worst of the worst murderers there would very rarely be any wrongful convictions. The only other factor is that as others have pointed out, the appeals process for the death penalty makes costs far exceed the cost of life in prison.
