Yeah, straws are a trivial amount of pollution, but they're also really easy to live without (for people that don't rely on them due to disabilities, that is). Might as well phase them out and make a small difference for virtually no cost, then go on with dealing with more significant problems that will take more complex plans. --- This is my signature.
