My current WFH arrangement includes going into the office whenever I need to/see fit, and I expect that to continue once the office opens up more. You'll get many companies downsizing their office space moving forward rather than paying for space nobody's using, but the future of WFH being normalized is very much going to be an option, not a requirement.
