Im in early stages with a lot of places but I need to start cutting some out because its just too much. yeah the basic half-hour chat with HR where they fill you in on the basics of the gig becomes mind-numbing after like 2 of them. WingsOfGood posted... It seems this is done so the recruiters can tell an out of touch manager how much work they are doing and ask for a raise. this seems exceedingly cynical.
