Topic	I'm finally getting promoted!

It started when they promoted someone over me who wasnt performing as well as I was. Even HR was shocked by it. So I quit. Then they fired the manager I had because he was toxic and promoting people he shouldnt. We got a new manager and VP who convinced me to come back and that theyd do me right. Only for a company merger to happen and that VP was replaced a few months after I came back. Then they denied me recently without any real reason, which I figured was because of my maternity leave. Im not really sure I will even stay after everything. If I come across an opportunity where they will match the promo level I got, I will most likely take it and leave.
