Pure play semiconductors make contracts years in advance with others. Then, they're run at maximum production/efficiency. They can't just make more just because someone asked them to make more because they're already making as much as they can. Sometimes when a contract drops out, someone else can buy the production time but thats not something planned for or guranteed. --- Your palace may last forever, but my yurt can go anywhere. ...
