There was a time where he was pretty enjoyable as a complement to Claudio Catignioli in the Kings of Wrestling Tag Team. But when Claudio went to WWE and became Cesaro, hero rushed at full speed to get his Jannetty on, packing on the pounds and looking every bit like Marty's strung out, hungover self in no time. He looked like shit and even as he finally got himself onto the NXT roster he got there with this legit striker KO master gimmick while again looking like a turd and with no legitimate fighting background. Then he went back to the Young Buck led indies and leaned into the ironic wrestling shit. But Chris Hero is not Young Buck level and the hype for him was obnoxious. Every few weeks some match of his would get hyped up and its the same old Chris Hero being average as fuck out there. Get a better favorite wrestler.
