My knees are messed for some reason that I've neglected to check out, so a lot of weight stuff and especially squats wreck me. Running is fine, but the bike is just a more enjoyable experience for me. Goal is 500 cals burned per session and I've reached that in 13/14 days since I started.
I feel like squats do nothing at all for me. Then again being fat makes your legs tend to be pretty muscular already just lugging your fat ass around in my case lol.
